I work with young people and adults in my private practice. I offer a confidential non-judgemental safe and comfortable environment, which will make it easier for you to express and explore yourself, feelings, thoughts and concerns.

I have trained as an integrative counsellor which means I use different theoretical models. I use different approaches to tailor what you need. The approaches I use are Person Centred, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Transactional Analysis and Psychodynamic.

I work with a wide range of issues that include low mood, depression, anxiety, loss and grief, trauma, stress, low self-esteem, relationships, school and work problems, eating disorders, panic attacks, intrusive thoughts, social anxiety, anger, sadness, self- harm and suicidal thoughts.

I worked at an agency that supports people that have been affected by sexual or domestic abuse. This work is focused on working with trauma and helping survivors to move forward with their lives free of abuse.

I was a volunteer counsellor in a local grammar school. I was working with students aged 12 – 18 years old. This gave me experience in working with all different types of issues a young person can be dealing with inside and outside
of school.
