There are so many reasons why someone might come to counselling. You might be feeling low, stressed or anxious or you may not know why you don’t feel ok. Counselling can help you explore what might be going on for you and help you make sense of it.
You might want to work through a bereavement or trauma, manage your anxiety or stress, improve relationships, improve confidence and self-esteem.
The environment I offer helps people to understand themselves, their current situation or their relationship, and build more self-awareness and confidence.
With greater awareness and confidence comes more choice to make alternative or different decisions.
I believe that counselling can provide a real opportunity for change. Within the counselling room we can explore your past and present and enable you to take greater control of your future. Counselling can help you to make sense of difficult issues and take positive steps to resolve them.
